This manuscript is focused on a new parametric class of multi-step iterative procedures to find the solutions systems nonlinear equations. Starting from Ostrowski’s scheme, constructed by adding Newton step with Jacobian matrix taken previous and employing divided difference operator, resulting in triparametric scheme convergence order four.
